Mental health week is a huge event in our school, what with the flashmob, lipsync buzz and the teachers very own lipsync video to "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi

Our flashmob from Mental Health Week 2016 was recognised nationwide

As did the teachers lip sync buzz

The students also took part in their own lipsync buzz during lunchtime. It was a funny, mood lifting event. I can remember everyone going around the school singing Westlife and The Spice Girls for the rest of the day. It was honestly one of the best events I think the school has done to encourage good mental health.
